When the buyer extended the closing the brokers agreed to rebate $1,000 from their fees for the extension. We were remote, and when the closing happened the individual from Fidelity National Title Company (Christian Henderson) refused to pay us misreading the final docs were changed. NSB followed up and got us our money.

Had to sell a property from a long distance and chose NSB because they manage properties as well as list them. David Kosmas was extremely helpful to this end - recommending contractors and ensuring work was done. His knowledge of the market helped us price it for a quick sale - above what I expected. NSB uses real estate apps - so I could see when the house was being shown and by whom - again, this was helpful as I am hundreds of miles away. Really appreciated David’s responsiveness, great guidance and kind personality. We contacted Donna Concannon-Kosmas and David Kosmas to explore listing our home in Sugar Mill Country Club. Homes in Volusia County had been selling well below their pre 2008 price and remaining on the market more than one year. We wanted to know what Donna and David would do to market our home and their attitude, thoughts and ideas about our prospects of getting the price we wanted. I haven't purchased property as of this writing. I have had a lot of questions concerning property in the New Smyrna Beach area. This real estate team is the only one who cares enough to answer questions and I have asked several other realtors in the area that are listed on zillow and they don't seem to have the time. I am a real estate investor and I believe that to be a good realtor you have to work very hard, answer questions before they are asked and many times have each part of a transaction done before its due when possible. Donna does exactly that. She is excellent in pricing, marketing, negotiating, following thru on every detail and closing the transaction. In the past I had refused to work with a Realtor because I thought it limited my negotiating power. When I started looking this time around I still had that mindset. I met Travis at a home he was listing that I was interested in. I liked his style (no stress, professional, prompt, attentive, enthusiastic, honest) but was set in my ways. I inherited a townhouse that was sorely in need of a complete makeover. After contacting Samantha she came by and explained our options in detail and we decided to list the house with her. You won't find another agent who knows the area as well. Technologically proficient, they are very responsive, and yet obviously are able to live their lives without living it for their clients. When we decided to look seriously at condos in Minorca in March of 2010, Donna made appointments to show us all of the different models in this great NSB community. We were living in a Central Florida town and had yet to sell our house and planned to look at all of the different models before deciding whether to actually make a purchase. After looking at those units currently on the market, Donna said that there was one top floor condo that was going to go back on the market after the current renters departed in Mid-April, and being on a 9th floor end unit with great views and fully furnished, she thought we could get in to see it and thought it was one of the best units in Minorca.
